Please Recommend the URL pattern for insert in Allow List and throubleshoot for connection: FirePass 6.0.1

Hi Everybody I have a question and need your help. My customer used the FirePass version 6.0.1 and Portal Access for Access to Webmail (MS Outlook web access) . Then in the email message has an URL link.

The problem is Then click at the URL link. The FirePass was open new window and redirect to the URL but it noting was happen. and then show the message "Error while connect: Connection timed out."

    Would you please help me for the solution
1. How to check the connection between Firepass and Web server and throubleshooting.
2. The best practics of URL pattern for insert in Allow List.

 I try to used a lot of URL as below but It was not success. 

this is a list of URL allow list. http://172.20.0.32:6500/WebInterface/* http://mobileapp.mittare.com:6500/WebInterface/* http://mobileapp.mittare.com:6500/WebInterface/commited/* http://mobileapp.mittare.com:6500/* http://mobileapp.mittare.com/* http://172.20.0.32:6500/* ://mobileapp.mittare.com/

ip address 172.20.0.32 is the web server that URL link redirect to it.
