PKI authentication

sorry if this has been discussed already, I performed a few searches and have come up with lots of information and am looking to narrow it down.

 

 

I have about 1 month experience with a couple F5 content switches that I'm the sole support for. My boss wants me to enable PKI authentication for the developers who access the web pages through the F5. So how do I force user's to authenticate through the F5 before being directed to the logon page of the webserver? I believe that this is done through an iRule and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
