Nimbostratusping self ip address of floating ip address from different vlan

i have 4 vlan on f5
1 vlan for client and other 3 vlans for server
i want ping self ip address or floating address from server side to each vlans

CirrostratusI don't think you can ping one self IP from another VLAN for security reasons (Click here). You could try pinging a VIP though. Assuming the routing is in place and the VIP is enabled on the source VLAN, the VIP address should answer.
