Persistence with source IP and sticky for 8 hours

I have a requirement where I have to configure persistence based on the source IP but load balance to the same server (sticky) for 8 hours. They do not want me to use cookie inserts on the F5.   ...

I added a source affinity and set the timeout to 8 hours and it works fine.
