Persistence Table and Client Connections

I'm working on an issue where the VIP for Oracle Applications (EBS). I have a new Persistence by Source Address Affinity to parent (default) source_addr. My timeout is 14400 and the default is 180....

Is it consistently doing this? Can you show the relevant persistence entries before/after?
