Persistence log setting with iRule
Hello, everyone.
I have a question about LTM log part of the equipment. If we apply the iRule in the Persistence setup,Every time you use Persistence, /var/log/ltm It is written to the path. The customer said there are too many logs to be recorded. We hope that this log is not logged.
Is there any setting I want?

Hi,
as far as I'm concerned, I log some information in F5 /var/log/ltm when I have to investigate issues. If you want to store logs you can send logs directly to the remote syslog using HSL without storing them locally.
So for me Persistent logs are not important, unless you want to investigate because of unexpected behavior. So you can remove logs in irule.
For this, just add a in front of all command beginin with
:log local0.
log local0. "bla bla bla"
