"Perform Staging" activated in Url/Parametros security policy ASM

Did you have a specific question about the "perform staging" option for attack signatures or URLs/Parameters?

If you are simply looking for a description of what that option does then please see the description below. This is pulled directly from the GUI under the "Help" tab.

"Perform Staging

Specifies, when checked (enabled), that the system places this URL in staging. If you place this URL in staging, the system does not block requests for this URL. Learning suggestions produced by requesting staged URLs are logged in the Learning screens. Specifies, when cleared (disabled), that the system does not place this URL in staging. 

Once the URL has been in staging for the staging period and you see that requests for this URL do not log any learning suggestions, we recommend you take a URL out of staging by clearing this checkbox."
