NimbostratusI could not have said it better myself and indeeed i am the sole responsible party for these devices in our org. While support is good, brainstorming and comparing notes with knowledgeable peers can be invaluable.
As a side note; this is in fact a real question and problem that I asked above and any input on that would be fantastic.
