Outlook Anywhere with APM issues
We are new to F5 APM and we are having some strange issues with Outlook Anywhere. When using Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer all tests are successful for Outlook connectivity. However when connecting an actual Outlook client externally we are unable to connect to the server. Thoughts?

You should look at the APM session logs reports and compare them both when you test using RCA and actual Outlook client. Could be related to the format of how the user enters their username/domain info in Outlook vs RCA(if RCA is indeed working properly).

Which version of BIG-IP and the iApp template are you using?
As Michael said, you need to look at the APM logs. You can turn up Access Policy and SSO logging to Debug from System ›› Logs : Configuration : Options, then watch /var/log/apm for clues about why it's failing.
