outlook anywhere is not working.

I have used iapp F5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.5.0 for configuring RPC/OUTLOOK ANYWHERE, active-syn and OWA with APM access while accessing OWA is connecting through APM its fine. whereas outlook anywhere is authenticating issue its not working any one provide solution.

    Hi, can you provide more information about how Outlook Anywhere is configured? Specifically, are you using Basic or NTLM authentication for OA clients, and did you deploy the iApp accordingly? What version of BIG-IP are you using?

    hi thanks your response, i have tried both authentication are not working, when i configured with "No,do not provide secure authenitcation using BIG-IP-APM" exchange all future are working when configured with "Yes,do provide secure authenitcation using BIG-IP-APM" outlook anywhere is issue.

    It could be any one of a number of problems. Did you read the deployment guide prior to running the iApp? I recommend checking your DNS and NTP settings on the APM BIG-IP first. You can also set APM logging to debug for Access Policy and SSO. If you open a case with F5 support, and post the case number here, I can track it.

    Thanks to Mr.mikeshimkus i was raised a ticket they given solutions as needs configured separate iapp and VS IP for OWA only access through APM. and configure another iapp and VS ip for remain features.
