Hello ,
If you use the 4.2 Deployment Guide , you can see on page 24 :
Required: Modify the Cookie persistence profile timeout value
The template incorrectly sets the Cookie persistence timeout value to 180 seconds. The correct setting should be 0 seconds, which marks the cookie as a session cookie. You must have command line access on the BIG-IP system to modify the timeout value.
modify /ltm persistence cookie timeout 0.
Hope this help,
Fred - mikeshimkus_111Historic F5 AccountHi,
A couple of questions:
Are your Outlook Anywhere pool members healthy while the issue is happening, or is the pool member where the client is connected being marked down, forcing the client to reconnect?
Do you see this problem if you bypass the BIG-IP and connect directly to the CAS?
FYI, we recommend upgrading to the latest release candidate version of the template, which is available here: https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/iApp.Microsoft-Exchange-2010-and-2013-iApp-Template.ashx. It fixes several issues with the template that you are using.
thanks
Mike
