outlook anywhere connection corrupt

I have two CAS server behind a virtual ip.and I have configured this with using iapp " f5.microsoft_exchange_2010_cas.2012_06_08 ". I have a problem about outlook anywhere:after users connect to outlook, about 2 or 3 minutes later connection loss and then restart.what can be the problem?is anyone faced this problem?

    Just an educated guess, but there are timers on the TCP profiles that will kill inactive TCP connections after around 5 minutes, that might be your problem.
