Outlook 2016 it keeps prompting for Username password and stays disconnected

Which URL are you trying to access? Did you deployed the iApp Exchange template? Do you have any screenshot? If I would guess: Go to your access-policy and make Logon Page "Split Domain from full Username" to YES. And in AD Query or AD Auth you ENABLE "Cross Domain Support". Let me know how's it going.

    Go to your access-policy and make Logon Page "Split Domain from full Username" to YES. And in AD Query or AD Auth you ENABLE "Cross Domain Support".
