Outbound VS

hi: The difference between LTM outbound VS default_getway_pool and Route default_getway_pool?

    Would you be able to go into more detail with this question. I'm not entirely clear what you mean by "LTM outbound VS default_getway_pool".

     

  • LTM outbound mode, pool associated default_egetway two members, and the route in the network associated default_getway for the same member, what is the difference between their role. Sorry, my English is not very good

     

  • The LTM can operated either as a forward/reverse proxy which basically is a directional flow.

     

    If your speaking in terms of an outbound Virtual Server with a pool containing two upstream nodes which reside on the same path as the default route there is no special difference. it depends what traffic you are allowing and how you are handling it.
