Actually we were not able to solve the issue on the test link. All the while, client's ftp sites are already working and we have no idea since they don't have user account to test. We were spending time on this test ftp and I just say why bother on this test ftp if their production is already working. outbound ftp any:21 ftp profile address and port trans disabled snat enabled
