Nimbostratusoutbound based on "HOST or URL"
Hello If I create outbound virtual server ,how can limit the destination url instead of IP address.

You cannot to this at this level, here the host definition is the IP submask applied to the listener IP which will be /32.
if you want to filter host you need either :
- to use an irule and filter on the host header otherwise reject
- to use LTM policy and filter on the host header otherwise reject
