Are you talking about having multiple NIC's in the server? If they are not directly connected to the LTM it shouldn't matter. If they are, then you need to make sure the failover team is in fault-tolerant mode, not any sort of load-balancing mode.

they are not directly connected to the bigip, i wonder about arp problem if f5 failed over or nic interface failed over?
