Oracle ebs LTM issue
I am using F5(12.1.3) to load balance Oracle EBS application. I have deployed the load balancing using iapp. Everything was working fine, suddenly the users start getting authentication error when they access the ebs web page. Below are the details
1> F5 version 12.1.3
2> Number of pool member is 2
3> Virtual server deployed using iapp
4> Https offload & http to https redirection is configured using iapp
5> One-connect profile is configured using iapp
6> iapp has also created cookie persistence during initial configuration
The issue is when the user try to access to the ebs web page for the first time ( with cache cleared), the user gets authentication error message & nothing is displayed. If the user access ebs web page for the second time, there is no issue & user gets the proper login page.
1> I tried disabling the second member in the pool, still the issue is same
2> I tried removing the one-connect profile still the issue is same
I suspect the issue has something to do with the cookies. I can see when the user access the ebs portal, user is redirected to the portal login page & the redirected page has some parameters( i suspect is added by the cookie insert in F5) in the url
How can I troubleshoot the issue further

hi,
Hope source mask on one-connect profile /32 ? if not please do /32 and test ?
If still same issue, you can take tcpdump and check for error.
Thx
