I am setting up F5 LTM to load balance two oracle 11g Apllication servers but i cant find an iapp for 11g all ican find is iapp for oracle AS 10g
will it work ? and if not , what should i do

There's a deployment guide for 11g - https://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/oracle-rac-database-ltmv11-dg.pdf - if you want to go old skool and deploy by hand
