    Can you explain more about your needs.

     

    Which product are you using? LTM? APM? ASM?

     

    Where did you see these methods should be blocked?

     

    Webdav (also sharepoint which use webdav protocol) require these two methods, if you block these methods, webdav will not work.

     

    Active sync require OPTIONS method.. if you block it, active sync will not work.
