Opswat multiple downloads

Anyone else having problems with Opswat and multiple downloads? Meaning you log on and you have to download the software again?

 

 

We are using the F5 service installer version 1.0. This is really making me look stupid when we implement new patches.

    Yeah i actually did have that problem a while back. What version of FirePass + Hotfix + OPSWAT are you using?

    Hi Mike,

     

     

    I'd really go for the latest patch (HF-602-7.2). Given you have the latest OPSWAT (2.5.12) i had very similar issues before i installed HF-602-7.2. Since then I haven't seen this issue again. The other nice thing about this patch is that after you install it OPSWAT updates no longer require a reboot of your controller (finally!).
