Open connections reported by Dashboard

Got a response from F5 support and got clarification I was looking for. The open connections listed on Dashboard includes the health check sessions of the nodes/pool. I was told loading qkview to ihealth.f5.com will give me more details of the open connections listed on the Dashboard GUI.
