Open a new window after logon

Hi all,     I have created my own index.htm under sandbox.     I would like to know is it possible to popping up a URL (for example: http://www.yahoo.com) in a new window after the succes...

There are two possible solutions for this. The first one is to use a custom "WebTop" in the Master Group settings under portal access. The other option is to create a WebApp tunnel and have it automatically launch based on a "end-point" protection scheme. This does not have to match any particular criteria as one of the options is Any Endpoint Configuration.
