Hi, I am creating failover F5 with two guests F5. but when I log in one guest, I can only see one guest(itself) is available for becoming the member. Do you think if this is normal? And when I log in...

MVPthe first one answers enough, to create a DSC (device service cluster) you first have to enable trusted between them big-ips. so start with that.
