Only one guest available for failover config

Hi, I am creating failover F5 with two guests F5. but when I log in one guest, I can only see one guest(itself) is available for becoming the member. Do you think if this is normal? And when I log in...

did you setup a trust between both first? how does your devices section look?

 

you do need to do more then just create two bigips.
