Hi Brian,

 

I had also some issues like you have with OneConnect enabled, I also have IIS servers, in my case, only Safari users were disconnected. I had to disable OneConnect at all, I played a little with the OneConnect profile to solve this issue without any luck, in the end i just disabled the oneconnect profile and the problem went away. I didn't report it to Support.
