There is no way to only clear OneConnect sessions, but you shouldn't have to restart. Here are a few things to try instead:
You can clear all connections with the 'bigpipe conn delete' command, or with some filter by IP address.
You may also be able to modify the settings on the OneConnect profile, setting MaxReuse to 0 & saving it, then resetting to the original value, or simply remove and re-apply the profile to the virtual server.
