On LTM can a tcp monitor be configured to close with a FIN?

I have an application team that has identified an issue closing connections opened by the F5's tcp monitor. Even though the F5 sends a RST at the end of the monitor their application keeps the connection open and idle. With an older non-F5 load balancer there was a setting we've configured in the past to specifically close this health monitor connection with a FIN vs. a RST.

Is this possible on the F5 LTM to configure the behavior of a tcp monitor to close connections with a FIN?
