We have three edge servers all with co-located services (as recommended per MSFT docs). I believe I need a 'web conferencing', 'AV', 'SIP' and 'Edge Internal Interface' virtual server on the BIG-IP's which then dispurse to each respective interface on each Edge server. My question to all is, should these all be SNAT Auto Map? All my addresses I used on the Edge Servers are publicly routable.
I am currently experiencing a problem where when a user is going through the Edge server to connect to a live meeting the live meeting will run appropriately for what appears to be a random amount of time then will drop the connection, re-open and connect back in and display as being a third user in the live meeting. Where their original log-in appears to still be there but no audio for this 'ghost' user according to the LM client.
We will soon be upgrading to 10.1 where I will get to utilize the template F5 has provided but it does not appear to address AV and Webconf. Am I missing something?
Thank you for any assistance in this!

This sounds like there might be either an idle timeout set too low or a persistence failure. If you test with just one server in the pool, does the issue still occur? If so, what are the idle timeouts set to on each VS's protocol profile? If using just one server fixes the issue, what persistence method are you using?
