Obtain data from external health monitor

I am a newbie here, but what I have done is create an external health monitor that gets via SNMP performance data from the servers in my pool. How can I get an iRule to see that data so I can make choices to load balance based on what the application is doing instead of just simple HTTP. This is to support conferencing servers that have meetings on them.
