Obtain ASM Events requests using iControl REST API on <11.6.0 BIG-IP Versions

Hi guys,

 

I'm looking for a way to monitor all requests that have been blocked by ASM module. On BIG-IP 11.6.0 and 12.0.0 I have found a wonderful endpoint mgmt/tm/asm/events/requests that retrieves all this information, but I have failed to identify it on earlier versions. Do any of you know of some way to retrieve this information using iControl REST API on version prior to 11.6.0?

 

If it is not possible to obtain this info using iControl REST API, I would appreciate any other suggestions on how to do this.

    If I remember, the first release of REST API was in 11.5.2 with ASM as a REST API extension in v11.5.3. See sol16572: Enabling the REST API extension for the BIG-IP ASM system for how to turn it on.

    Would it be possible for you yo upgrade your F5 11.6? Using iControl REST API is the best way I know get the info out of the ASM.
