    You will need to start by stopping ntpd:

     

    bigstart stop ntpd

     

    Then you just run:

     

    ntpdate

     

    Where is the IP address of the NTP server. Once that's done with, start ntpd again:

     

    bigstart start ntpd

     

    Done.
