Not able to select a file from an external monitor

Hello,   I have an LTM 11.2 and I am trying to configure an interface failover using the external monitor, in order for one interface if it goes down to trigger the failover to the other unit.   ...

Also if you're on 10.x+ you could use HA groups for more intelligent, inbuilt failover instead of an external monitor:
