Not able to resolve CNAMES

Hi All,

 

We are using zone runner in GTM to handle our external DNS requests. when we try to resolve a CNAME doing a NS lookup pointing to our NS servers, it doesn't give us results. However it resolves A records fine. We are also able to get successful results by pointing to google servers but not with our NS servers. Please help me in finding where the actual issue is.
