I've configured a virtual server with snat pool and mapped a pool.
No irules are mapped.
Set the connection limit to 1 and disabled cmp to have a single connection to the back end pool ...

Only one TCP connection is allowed.The virtual server should drop the upcoming TCP connections once a TCP connection is established.
