Not able to access pool using virtual server ip
Hi All,
I have created a virtual server(http) and mapped my pool of web servers(3 servers) to it. Once i try to access the webservers using Virtual ip , it is not working. But when I try to access it using web server's ip , it is working. Virtual server I am able to telnet using port 80.
Please help me in solving this.

Hi,
- Are you using a single arm topology i.e. VS and pool members in same logical network segment?
- Are you accessing the VS from the same network segment?
- Are the web servers pointing to the LTM as their gateway?
If it's due to asymmetric routing, you can try enabling snat automap on the VS to ensure web server responses always return via LTM for proper address translation.

really need more information to answer this. there are a lot of issues that could explain this behavior, like health checks failing for the pool members. update with screenshots of the relevant portion of the network map, or use show ltm pool all members.

Could you please open the snat automap, if your topology is one arm.
