Non-Specific Blocks

Good Afternoon,

 

I am having an issue with request being blocked, but not receiving a corresponding traffic learning entry, despite having learning enabled.

 

 

I have posted an image of the error, and where there is normally a specific violation noted, there is nothing. I am given the attack type recognized as to why it was blocked, but I'm left with no way approve the request.

 

When I go into traffic learning and sort by IP, I still don't find any violation that matches the corresponding illegal request. I don't want to do a blanket exception for the URL, but it seems like that is my only option.

 

All help would be greatly appreciated!
