No space left after migration

We have a BIG-2400 that was migrated from 4.5 to 9.3.0. No issues with the migration, or configuration. However, we now getting the "no space left on device" message. What can I safely remove or clean...

There are several directories that are not important to the BIGIP. The one's I can remember is /tmp folder but I think your best approach is to fine your largest files and delete from there.
