No inbound emails when server gateway is F5. Outbound is okay.

Hi I just want to know why we are not able to receive inbound emails when we gateway the SMTP server to our BIG-IP (x.x.x.1)? Basically we configure virtual server and pool using port 25. VS_SMTP IP ...

What exactly does not work? Do you get a connection on te public IP address? Can you post your virtual server configuration?
