No Data on Device Health and Traffic on BIG-IQ

I configure and set up BIGIQ and added BIG IP device.  I enabled  Statistics data Collect for BIG IP Device. I have AVR license provisioned for BIGIP device. 

I could not see any data/graph on

BIGIQ >> Monitoring >> Device >> Health

BIGIQ >> Monitoring >> Device >> Traffic

I believe enabling statics data collection should display data on device health and traffic.

Is there any extra configuration that needs to be done?
