Dear i am trying to do upgrade for our platform
LTM - BIG-IP 3900 BIG-IP 12.1.2 Build 0.0.249
GTM - BIG-IP 1600 BIG-IP v11.5.1 (Build 8.0.175
my choice below is correct ...?

What i understand, Do you want to upgrade from V11.x to v12.x? Both Version has own advantage. If you wanted to add new feature in F5 then go to V12.x.
