I'm newbie on F5, please help:
I wanna create one rule to redirect traffic, but I cannot find iRules item under Local Traffic when logging on web admin remotely.(see attached snapshots)

Nimbostratusi don't know for sure if this will be the answer, but you're running a pretty old version of big ip v9 there. i wonder if irules were introduced shortly after? just a thought
