What version of Big-IP are you running?

 

Go to System > Configuration > Device > General to find out. That will help me give you better instructions because it sounds like you are starting from scratch.

    BIG-IP 11.5.0 Build 0.0.221 Final I appreciate your help more than I can possibly say. Yes i'm starting from scratch and I have no experience with firewall or NAT type devices. You can bet i'm learning really quick :)
