Try this:

    if { [string tolower [HTTP::uri]] starts_with "/abcgameplay" } {        
        set uri [string map -nocase {"/abcgameplay" "/defgameplay"} [HTTP::uri]]            
        HTTP::redirect "https://[HTTP::host]${uri}"
