new product/service: Kaltura MediaSpace. Also, video uploads

This may just be a ritual question, but I told other folks on our team that I would ask.

 

 

I've been asked to configure our F5 Big-IP for loadbalancing a Kaltura (brand) MediaSpace product. As far as I know so far, this is an outsourced video solution -- "YouTube in a box" maybe.

 

 

I've been handling the F5 for about three years, so mostly I'm asking for any "gotchas" which might be lurking. Also, I expect to have to tune the TCP profile to optimize for users uploading video files, so some tips on that process could be helpful. I am told that the video downloads will come from Kaltura servers, and will not pass through the F5.
