Network firewall AFM/APM

What is difference between enforcement and staging network firewall rules.

 

 

I have allow-web for AFM and APM_POLICY APM module.

 

Will they have any connections and conflicts? And both rules are being applied for same virtual server.

    Staging policy will never block connections...

     

    The goal of this policy is to check if it won’t block legitimate connections before enabling enforcement mode!
