Network Failover - version 11.3
I have set up network failover on two guests on a pair of vcmp appliances. The appliances are directly connected over fiber. I have a config sync vlan that I am using for synchronization. Is it possible to use the config sync vlan for the network failover unicast IPs? When I tried using the config sync failover IPs for failover, one appliance would see the other as offline. Failover is working when I set the failover address to the management IPs.
Thanks.

Thanks nitass. I am still unsure as to why failover does not work using the directly connected interfaces.

Thanks for responding to my question, nitass. The problem turned out to be the configuration on the switch port that the F5 appliance connects to.
