Network and Hardwire Failover
In Device Group>Failover I have the network failover option selected. This uses the management network and the HA vlan as well, correct?
In Device Management>Device Groups - The Automatic sync and Full synch options. From what the documentation says is that an active\standby unit doesn’t automatically config sync, you have to do it manually. Why then this option, will this option enable me to do that if selected?

The VLANs used for failover are determined by you when you first configure the device, but if you use the config wizard, yes, the MGMT and HA vlans will be used.
If you select Automatic Sync in Device Managment > Device Groups> [device group name], the F5 device will sync it's config to the other members of the device, but won't actually 'save' the sync'd config on the other devices.
