Network adopter problem in Centos5.0 VM hosted on windows 7

Hi there, i'm running windows 7 and i installed VMware 10 on it. then i installed centos 5.0 on this VMware and everything was going fine. unfortunately, few days back i got a problem that i were unable to ping my virtual machine(centos 5.0) from my host OS(windows 7). i tried my level best, reinstalled the vm tools but nothing works. then i uninstalled vmware and re-install it. it started working fine for that session. but when i shut down my virtual machine and started it sometime later, the problem comes again. i could not communicate from my host to VM or from anyother machine in the same network (LAN)to my virtual machine (centos5.0)..... i installed windows xp on vmware and it works fine, but centos5.0 does not work. the network says "unidentified network" and when i check the IP addresses, it is from some unknown network, the ip address of my LAN is 192.168.0.1-255 and the IP address that vm adopters shows are 192.168.63.1 and 192.168.111.1, i even tried to give static IP addresses to these adopters but of no use.
