Network Access tunnel prompts user to install Network Access Helper
I have FirePass 7.0.0 with installed HF-70-8. Every time when I'm trying to connect to Network Access tunnel from user AD account, UAC ask me about admin permission to allow F5EIHelper.exe.I can ignore and cancel it and tunnel will be established. But it's not a solution for me. I tried to install F5 DNS Relay Proxy service on the client's computer like it's recomended in http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solu...0/sol13282 but it dosn't help. Also it's impossible for me to disable UAC globally. Does anyone idea how to fix it? I would appreciate for your help!
Thanks!

I'm having the same issue. Did you get an answer or find out how to fix it elsewhere?

The only way I know how to get rid of it is to use the Microsoft ACT (Application Compatibility Toolkit) to create a SHIM (http://blogs.technet.com/b/askperf/archive/2011/06/17/demystifying-shims-or-using-the-app-compat-toolkit-to-make-your-old-stuff-work-with-your-new-stuff.aspx)... I have had mixed results with this.
One of our clients was able to get around all UAC prompts by using an ACT SHIM and also installing the full client (but still using the web components). They are running APM not Firepass is the only difference.
I don't have tons of time to dedicate to it right now and our company has just gotten used to it "in the name of security". If you are able to create a SHIM that works and if you can document the process please share.
